WHAT WILL I LEARN ON EACH COURSE AND HOW WILL I LEARN IT?
Muay Thai Sangha Fighting Arts courses will improve your balance, coordination, power, speed, and timing. Also, you will learn counter-attacks and defensive techniques at different ranges of combat.
The Internal Muay Thai will help you to develop the inner components of the fighting arts. Warrior Yoga to enhance flexibility, together with breathing exercises will boost the body’s vital energy and improve your overall health. The meditation will awaken a deeper sense of your inner feelings and help to ground you in the present moment.
Each student will learn at their own pace, according to their ability. But we know, through years of experience, that any student willing to dedicate themselves to the training whilst here, will see the transformation in themselves and their fighting skills.
WHEN DO THE COURSES START AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
The intensive course training program lasts one full month (Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:30 to 18:00). For more detailed information, please visit our Calendar page.
